2018 Sprint 4G Broadband

Sprint (formerly known as Sprint Nextel) offers mobile phone and mobile internet service, including text messages and voice mail, to individuals and businesses. If the deal closes, T-Mobile will get a company that is poorly managed and is known for poor service. Unfortunately, 2.5GHz (Band 41) is not supported by weBoost boosters at this time, while the other two bands and the rest of Sprint's 3G & 4G LTE are supported.

This solution to fire pain-in-the-neck customers is Accounting vs. Marketing; Pragmatism vs. Public Relations; and above all, it's a case of irony. Rather than get violent with the guy, I marched out of there and promtly called customer service” again to see if I could find some answers.

I have never done business with any company that has had this level of poor customer service. What has really surprised me is that so many people find this to be "shocking" or "horrible" or "bad customer service." I disagree. Click here if you want to compare Sprint's phone numbers against each other.

This experience, along with the wireless broadband mentioned yesterday, keeps me sort of sentimentally attached to Sprint, in spite of their screwed up billing, bad customer service, and lack of an iPhone. Several times they told us they would send us prepaid mailers to return the phones but those mailers never came.

I understand sprint wont lose alot by losing me as a customer but word of mouth helps to fan the flames and by the treatment ive got here lately id much rather go back to AT&T seems like the service we got was not questionable this has been the worse switch ever its been nothing but hell as a customer of yours i would not recommend this service to a friend thru my experiences.

According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index , the company was rated lower than industry averages for its internet, subscription TV, and fixed-line telephone services. You get free texting and data use in most countries—although your speeds will only be around 2G. You'll also still have to pay voice calls.

Today I called sprint I was on the phone with 30 min holds each first representative I spoke to told me that my past due was 216.57 and that I had a balance due of four hundred something dollars I told her that that was part of the next month's bill and that it was not due yet she put me on hold then came back and said could I pay half of the past due amount I said yes I will load a card and call right back.

OK, let's compete for new customers-Verizon, AT&T, etc. It took me another 3 hours and 5 customer service representatives on May 25, 2007, when I called in to dispute charges that were made on the account I wasn't even aware I opened in March, 2007. Not only is the service horrible the customer service is poor I've been paying my bill on time and receiving poor service from calls being dropped to slow internet.

Cleveland fielded Sprint my call on checking my data and told me all about the Sprint Zone app on my phone, and how data usage is one of the first things I'd see upon launching. I've talked to 2 resolution supervisors who set payment arrangements to keep phones on while they fixed problem.

You found the Sprint customer service contacts on my consumer advocacy site and sent a brief, polite email to them. An industry watchdog has told Sprint to stop bashing Verizon's "unlimited" data offering. I have not been able to payoff my devices because telephone and I store representatives would not accept the payment.

Again, if AT&T's prices are out of the park, or their plans just don't work for you, there isn't too much we can do to help. So now they want me to drive 40 min to the store, and ask them to get into a closed account and make changes that I'm pretty sure customer service has to make anyways.
